WHICH TALENT ARE YOU GOING TO WORK WITH THIS YEAR?
Marco Baudone
Fine dining chef
When it comes to fine dining, Michelin stars and French and Italian cuisine, we believe Marco Baudone is Sweden’s worthiest chef.
After serving as chef at restaurants with two and three Michelin stars in France and his native Italy (such as Ristorante Marchesi in Italy and Guy Savoy in Paris), Marco became head chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Operakällaren in Stockholm. He later opened an Italian restaurant, spent eight years as chef-owner of the classical French brasserie Le Rouge, and has been chef-owner at French-inspired Kornhamnstorg 53. Now Marco makes his porchetta and roasted chicken served in bread with legumes and frites at his rotisserie Mama at the “Chef Theatre” in South Stockholm.
Marco is an award-winning cookbook author and won a silver medal at the Gourmand World Awards in the chef category.
